  • Our cozy, yet spacious cottage has everything for a relaxing getaway - lots of individual areas to retreat to and loads of lounging/seating space for groups to connect inside and out. There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!. This house is 3k sq ft (we host a 4k sq ft. space nearby, "Haven Woods").

    You'll have access to the entire fifteen acre space. This includes the private pond, large pool with diving board, hot tub and game room, three seasoned porch, three hang out areas, huge kitchen and dining room.

Why do we do this?

As frequent guests of other AirBnBs, our spaces have been carefully curated to include things we've loved along our journeys - clean, modern spaces, all the amenities luxury hotels offer, and items we would want in our own home. This space has a mix of "modern farmhouse, mid-century and Scandinavian" influence. Outdoor spaces have been thoughtfully designed and stocked as well. There’s lot for kids (and big kid-like adults) to enjoy like games as well as hang out areas inside and out!

We love welcoming guests to Holland and are passionate about creating gathering spaces for friends and family to enjoy together, create memories, and simply escape daily life. We’re always tweaking and updating our spaces so photos may not represent the finished product. We have so many special touches in store for you!
